Shipping policy

Orders within the US:

• Production and delivery takes around 3-5 weeks, depending on the style.
• Alterations cannot be made once order is in production.

Orders Outside the US

• Shipping out of USA generally takes longer. Shipping will take 20-30 business days.

Product

• We package all our products with extreme care to avoid any items from arriving damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item for any reason we will replace it at no cost. Simply contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery and provide us with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest. Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package/product back! If we do happen to ask you to ship a package back, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
